01 / THE LEADERSHIP APPROACH

Strong people.
Clear direction.
Better business.

Strong results start with people who know what’s expected—and leaders who help them get there.

I believe a leader’s job is to give people direction and the room to take responsibility. The most meaningful measure of leadership is what others become capable of.

02 / MY JOURNEY

Leadership learned
from the floor up.

Before leading teams, I was part of one.

My career began at store level. Frontline retail taught me to listen, understand customers, and take ownership. Moving into store management and then multi-store leadership widened my perspective. It never changed my respect for the work that happens on the floor.

  1. 01

    Store Level

Learn the daily discipline behind execution.

  2. 02

    Sales

    Understand the customer. Earn trust.

  3. 03

    Leadership

Learn to support people and set expectations.

  4. 04

    Store Management

Take accountability for people and operations.

  5. 05

    Multi-Store Leadership

Develop leaders who bring consistency across teams.

A broader scope. The same respect for the work on the front line.

03 / STRATEGY INTO EXECUTION

My operating rhythm.
Six steps. One cycle.

Strategy matters when it becomes action. My operating rhythm connects clear expectations, ownership, follow-up, and verification—then uses what we learn to begin again.

  1. 01

    Set expectations

    Make the standard clear.

  2. 02

    Inspect performance

    Understand what is happening.

  3. 03

    Identify opportunities

    Focus on what can improve.

  4. 04

    Assign ownership

    Give the right people responsibility.

  5. 05

    Follow up

    Coach progress and remove barriers.

  6. 06

    Verify execution

Confirm the work made a difference.

What we learn shapes the next set of expectations.
